Joined Jiaxuan Group in November 2014, working in internal control, later promoted to supervisor, and in November 2019, took charge of the Financial Management Center. Professionally, she obtained an Intermediate Accountant title in 2017 and a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certificate in 2020.
She says:
“Among the functional departments of Jiaxuan Group, only the Financial Management Center's entire staff is female, and most are wives and mothers. They are strong and kind. Therefore, on this special day, I have some thoughts about the role of women in modern society.
Women inherently possess certain qualities, such as gentleness, meticulousness, and a greater capacity for empathy. In today's workplace, where employees have strong self-awareness, managing with a gentle and respectful approach is more likely to achieve work objectives. Women's qualities also have a less favorable side, such as steadfastness and critical thinking, but through continuous accumulation of experience over time and team collaboration, these are not obstacles.

Majored in Logistics Management at university, has 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, and has been with Jiaxuan Group for over 8 years. Currently serves as the Changzhou Project Manager.
