Union Honors
Following a rigorous selection process, Huang Wei, the Labor Relations Coordinator of the Jiaxuan Labor Union (and Head of the Human Resources and Administration Center), was named a 2022 Outstanding Labor Union Official of Anting Town. This award is presented by the Anting Town Federation of Trade Unions in Jiading District, Shanghai, to recognize officials who demonstrated exceptional performance in union work over the past year.

During his tenure as a Labor Relations Coordination Committee member, he mediated numerous employee disputes referred to the union. Through patient communication and a professional, meticulous approach, he resolved labor relations issues step-by-step, helping employees address their concerns and reach mutually acceptable resolutions.
Dedication to Employee Health
During the COVID-19 outbreak in November and December of last year, Huang Wei worked tirelessly to secure essential supplies for frontline staff. For two consecutive weeks, he visited various pharmacies from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, waiting in lines to purchase medicine. He ensured these supplies were distributed immediately to frontline employees, addressing their urgent needs and safeguarding their health.
