From May 4-7, Shanghai Jiaxuan Logistics Co., Ltd. convened its 2023 Annual Strategic Seminar at its Shanghai headquarters. The conference focused on the core development strategy of "one body, two wings," conducting in-depth exchanges and discussions on Jiaxuan's future development strategy, trends, and management direction.
Over 50 middle and senior managers from Jiaxuan Logistics gathered in Shanghai for the meeting, which was presided over by Assistant General Manager Chai Jingbin.

Li Aiguo, General Manager of Jiaxuan Logistics, provided a detailed explanation of Jiaxuan Logistics' development strategy. He emphasized that the work for 2023 will focus on three directions:
At the company operations level, continuously implement cost reduction and efficiency enhancement;
At the company management level, improve standard processes and the compensation and performance system for all functional centers;
At the organizational development level, optimize the company's organizational structure and expand talent team building.
Mr. Li also stressed that in this new development period, the market is changing, and we must adapt! We face many development opportunities and need to continuously innovate and transform, improve our operational quality, enhance our information systems, and upgrade our management methods.
Strategic Deployment of Functional Centers
The heads of the Marketing Management Center, Transportation Management Center, Warehousing Management Center, Safety Management Center, Information Management Center, Procurement Management Center, Human Resources and Administration Center, and Financial Management Center clarified their respective 2023 work objectives based on the General Manager's strategic goals and formulated corresponding work measures. Through their work reports, they shared achievements, discussed challenges, proposed solutions, and offered suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Jiaxuan Logistics in the future.
Review and Summary
Li Yulian (Ms.), Chen Ming, Sun Miao, and Shi Zhibin, Vice General Managers overseeing the respective functional centers, successively provided detailed comments on the work reports of each functional center. They affirmed the determination of each center, provided direction for key work areas, and further solidified measures for achieving target tasks.
Finally, Zhu Qiling (Ms.), Deputy General Manager of Jiaxuan Logistics, analyzed Jiaxuan's internal and external environment, elaborating on the process of Jiaxuan's strategic formulation and implementation safeguards. She pointed out that a competitive enterprise must take a long-term view, formulate a complete strategic plan, and simultaneously coordinate and integrate participating parties across the value chain to achieve the enterprise's strategic development goals.
